   I understand their logic because gymnastics strictly speaking isn’t an art but surely it benefits the artists/restaurant owners in the area if there are people coming from further afield to join this gymnastics club? E.g. if you’re running a business selling pottery you want that footfall. Just nonsense council bureaucracy at its finest
