Weird? I always thought Spurs fans shouting Yidarmy!!! was more of a “you can’t insult us for this, we embrace it”, response to people attempting to insult Spurs for historically being a Jewish club?
I don’t know what the y-word is but I hope whoever came up with [*’The WhY Word?’*](https://tot-tmp.azureedge.net/media/45623/why-word-page-head.jpg) campaign walked out of that marketing meeting feeling like a boss. I would have had taken the rest of the week off after naming that.

Had it shouted at me on the way to synagogue in the 90s and it wasn’t very nice.. it’s about time this is stopped.
It’s outdated. It’s only used as an insult now and it’s time for its retirement. The Jewish supporter’s association there club once had is gone (or much weaker now) and only drives antisemitic actions from other clubs with troubled supporters.
