  1. The image only show 1 our 5 pages (see bottom right) I would like to know the name of this type of document so I could be able to look up either similar cases like this or some sort of format to get a better understanding of that document is structured and what could be on the other 4 pages

  2. That’s one of the laws in Germany that would greatly benefit from deletion or heavy modification because it’s a dumb impingement on free speech that prevents things like writing honest restaurant reviews or making parodies of figures who are in need of one.

It’s a subpoena under the Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz.

  3. From the document:

    >…and denigrate her **weight**… Through the sexualized and **denigrated** representation of “Ricarda Lang”, the user attacks the **honour** of the politician and shows his own **disrespect** […] With this **insult**…

The BKA needs some self-awareness. Someone pointed out that a politician is fat, and the BKA calls this denigrating, dishonourable, disrespectful and insulting. They wouldn’t say this about someone being called blonde or tall. So they’re in essence being brutally fatphobic, calling fatness itself denigrating, etc.

    Just… wow.

  4. I am *soooo* glad the police are persecuting a Twitter user for calling a politician fat and “sexualizing” them, instead of rooting out the next mass stabber, Jewish temple defacer or pedophile.

*EDIT: Downvoters, I’m genuine curious whether you think cases such as this Tweet should even be prosecuted, much less take up valuable resources from actual threats* to society.

  5. It’s called scam. The BKA doesn’t write random letters to ppl asking for ID

  6. This looks like an “Auskunftsersuchen”. Basically a legal request for information. The legal basis, whether and how the request must be answered should be stated on the following pages.
