Hello! Recently in Munich I went to a fry shop and ate the BEST fries of my entire life and i am trying to replicate them but i am unsure of what the “snack sauce” they use is. It is the yellow-ish sauce pictured. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

That looks like “Dänische Remoulade” to me (basically Danish style tartar sauce).
Might also be the default, ready to buy Hamburger Sauce.
