  3. If war did break out, I do wonder which side Germans would have the most sympathy for. I feel to many Germans, this whole problem is seen to revolve around the idea of US meddling and aggression in things they shouldn’t be trying to get involved with. I also wonder if the gas issue would influence opinions away from the more steadfast ones being formulated in other EU and western countries.
