18. This has to be an accidental "blue on blue" take down by Ukrainian air defence. If the other hypothesis was true, that the aircraft was lost to debris strike from an intercepted missile or drone, then the likelihood is that the pilot could of ejected.
    The fact that the aircraft was lost without the pilot being able to eject suggests it was destroyed with little warning by a Ukrainian SAM.
    The biggest tragedy is the loss of an experienced trained pilot not the aircraft. Deepest condolences to the pilots family and the AFU. RIP 🇺🇦
