Russian Soldiers Driven to Suicide by Kremlin Propaganda. A sense of hopelessness, no means of evacuation and instilled myths about conditions if captured by Ukraine, are pushing Russian soldiers to pull the trigger on their own lives.

  1. Its the age of the internet its not 1940s…i know i would google my ass if i got drafted

  2. Fragging the boss should become more common place in Russia until all idiots are gone.

  3. They simply know russia better than anyone else. That no one will help them. It is russian way of war and they have seen it first hand, their decomposing comrades confirming out doubt.

  4. As much as I’ve tried to find some sympathy towards Russian soldiers, I haven’t managed to find any.

  5. So I know suicide is a problem for soldiers worldwide, while deployed and after coming home. I didn’t **think** it was while engaged in combat. However, I’ve seen a few eat the bullet while being stalked by a drone. Is suicide more common when fighting drones?

  6. Let’s be clear – a lot of these soldiers did not volunteer to go to war. They may not support this “special military operation”. They may be petrified of both combat but at the same time the consequences if they refused the draft. Some may have welcomed it brainwashed by the propaganda they have been spoon fed since birth. And it’s only when they get to the frontline do they realise war is hell. Seeing the mutilation of their comrades will induce PTSD and other severe mental trauma.

The suffering you have to go through to actually kill yourself is horrendous.

For those that did sign up gleefully, went on to commit horrific war crimes and now end up in this situation, it’s not a fair death – they should be made to suffer, and this is the easy way out, but for those that find themselves on the front line because they were forced to against their will, and are committing suicide as it’s their last resort to be free, let’s twice before relishing in their death.

  7. Pure common sense should tell even the most sheltered people from the outside world that Russia is bad. There has been enough exposure of western values and philosophy to most Russians. It probably comes down to Russians are just products of their environment; and are immoral and they absolutely know it.

  8. Wild. This is a generation wiped out. If the war doesn’t collapse Russia, not having all those workers around will

  9. Many of them look like they just need a good prosthetic and they could go home to their loved ones and live off a government pension as a hero in the great unpatriotic war.
