Now, you might not want to hear this, but I’ll tell you anyway. The best opening of a rock album is CMX’s Aurinko. It opens up with Pyhiinvaeltaja, a good hard rock song about… things, then segues into Härjät, an orgiastic tale of mystical pleasures and intricate mysteries. A really nifty song to sing too!
