I think we should definitely try the 4-4-2 formation. This basically guarantees arda a spot on the starting roster and keeps rodrygo on the left. And hopefully this way vini and Mbappe can finally make a good link. What’s your thoughts? We did use a similar formation last season also (4-4-2 diamond) and it worked really well.

  1. We need to stop this stuff. The manager will play who the manager wants to play. We probably shouldn’t change the tactics this early on, as the players are still getting adjusted. If nothing has changed by the end of September, then we can talk about how we should set up.

  3. Last season’s diamond with Jude below the strikers might be worth a try, the problem is guler wouldn’t play at all

  4. Similar to the lineup against city (I think) where Rodrygo plays behind vini

  5. And what about Jude when he comes back from injury? Depending on the team, 442 diamond or 4231 is probably our best option tbh given the number of attacking platers we have.

  6. W for the match tomorrow. Defo not permanent unless we’re ready to see 1 start midfielder get benched.
