    “Dozens of drones reportedly targeted several Russian regions overnight on Sept. 1, including Moscow, Tver, Voronezh, Tula, Kaluga, Bryansk, Belgorod, Lipetsk, and Kursk, according to local officials.

    Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin claimed that at least five drones were downed in the Russia’s capital region. No damage to civilian infrastructure or casualties were reported.

    The Kyiv Independent could not immediately verify these claims.

    Additionally, some 26 drones were shot down over the Bryansk region in southwestern Russia, the region’s governor, Alexander Bogomaz said via his official Telegram channel.  

    More than 10 drones were destroyed over the Voronezh region and several more were downed over Lipetsk, Kaluga, Ryazan and Tula regions, governors of the regions said in posts on Telegram.

    Two more were also downed in the Kursk region, which has been partially controlled by Ukraine, said the region’s acting governor, Aleksei Smirnov.”

  4. Russia blew thier wad on 2 days of big missile and drone attacks and can not keep it up any more. They are pissed that Ukraine can just keep destroying thier military with huge drone strikes night after night.

  11. A week ago I said it would be a shame if power plants and refineries all over Russia started exploding. It would be a shame if airports, bridges, water treatment and other key infrastructure also started blowing up. Let’s make everyday infrastructure day in Russia.
