Sveiki!
Living in Riga for three years. Going to Portugal for a short trip. I got vaxxed in January and have the digital EU certificate, which will last me until September (since they extended it now to 9 months).
I will fly in April. I already know from Portugal’s side that I only need the digital EU certificate to enter the country.
But do I need anything to be allowed on the plane at the airport in Riga? A test? A bouquet and chocolate? A bribe? Anything?
I read a lot about entering Latvia on the airport’s website and on [covid19.gov.lv](https://covid19.gov.lv), but nothing about departures. Nothing about departures on the airBaltic website either (they just require everyone to be masked inside the plane).
I’m going with airBaltic straight to Lisbon.
Paldies!

Testing requirments at the airport are determined by each destination country. If Portugal says you don’t need a valid test to enter, then you’re good to go.
Wear a mask, that’s pretty much it.
A bribe, seriously?:( Living in Riga for 3y, is that what you learned?
You need to wear a mask at the airport and during the flight, that’s it.
[use google translate as I think it doesn’t have a translation. Portugal requires you to fill out a form. and don’t forget to fill out covidpass 48h before arriving back](https://www.mfa.gov.lv/lv/portugale-celojumu-bridinajumi)
