The skill being what, exactly? pursuing someone looking for a fight after they’ve abandoned whatever they were trying to walk away with? Their job is loss prevention and deescalation, not street fighting.

Was in tesco fairview last night some lad walks in. 1 min later walks right past a packed queue and saids ” thanks for the beer” as he slowly walks out with a 24 pack of bud.
Some balls on these lads, the entitlement. The cashier just laughed.
I think the security was on a piss break.

Dragging him back into the shop and throwing him on the ground beside shoppers was pretty reckless and stupid.
Got low in the tackle but I didn’t see any attempt to wrap the arms. Clear yellow card Imo.
Not condoning the thief but security should be careful what he did there could be considered kidnapping
