It looks miscolored and disgusting.
The smell is a dead giveaway for bad meat products, specially ones with lots of fat.

Ham contains a special salt that turns it red/pink. If it’s exposed to air, long enough, it returns to it’s normal colour. Probably just that, but if not just smell/taste and if it still tastes good than you can eat it.
It looks bad cuz the color brown has took over the original color. And u can also check on the sides of it if its grey. If it is then its bad. Its not always grey when salami has gone bad
