Hello,

I am seeking for help to translate a slovak medical document into English or Hungarian. There are many technical terms which not necessarily need to be translated, but the keywords such as “Diagnose”, “Patient” etc. and fully written words should be translated.

I need this for social scholarship on uni. I would appreciate your help, I will provide an image of the document.

  1. I can’t understand doctor speak but you say that diagnoses are important and I can see that literally all the diagnoses are in latin, any doctor should understand them.

    Skipped the diagnosis part as it is entirely in latin + the codes correspond to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems. Not entirely sure what “TO” and “OBJ” stand for.
