Public inquiry finds ‘systemic dishonesty’ contributed to Grenfell fire

The government was “well aware” of the deadly risks posed by combustible cladding and insulation a year before the Grenfell Tower fire, but “failed to act on what it knew”, a landmark report has found.

  6. What a complete and utter waste of money…..draw a line under it and move on!…..Cost of the enquiry more than the value of the lost lives???…..I really wonder……
