23. How can you judge a professional grade counter fit note, verses a artistan note?
    The printers….only them…were manufacturing notes that do fit to the specifications of the Italian system and their equipment, inks, paper, and machines were in the entangled rush of legitimately being a member of the Italian financial system.

    It was theft by the over zealous polizia to interrupt French banks money manufacturing. Theft by Italian authorities to interrupt the manufacturing of high quality fiat notes for Switzerland. Slander and liable by Italian commission officers to claim these are counterfeit bills, when they could withstand the scrutiny of daily withdrawals and deposits from ATMs, money scanning machines, and other various types of testing.
