  1. Right, besides the title mishap, when is it commercialized? Because I feel like this stuff will piss off the cheese lobby, and then there’ll be legal stuff and whatever, and then we’ll have to call it “cow juice based creamy product” or something… if it ever makes it there.

  6. Very interesting, but I have to wonder.

    My stepdaughter has an intolerance to milk protein from cows (she can handle goat cheese/milk just fine). I wonder how this would compare? I understand there’s no actual milk used in the process, but if anyone has more info, I would appreciate it.
