They will continue to trade while administrators remain in discussion with interested parties.

  2. Shame about Antic. I really liked their pubs. Great beer, nice food, good value.

  3. I think it was Antic that was trying to revitalise the old cinema in Walthamstow but it just seemed to be a mill stone around their neck and something they couldn’t do piece meal like a pub. Soho Theatre stepped in with a hugely ambitious idea that’s close to opening now.

    They also got shafted years a go revitalising The Chequers in Walthamstow doing it up and saving the landlord who promptly sold it to a different chain.

  4. The pubs above that are in Balham have increased their pricing by 30%+ in the last 10 months it is fucked
