Today, i got this post and it’s asking me for payment due . Not sure which exactly. Seems like They are collecting payment on behalf of Süwag Vertrieb AG.
So the issue is,I have electricity contract with eprimo GmbH from the beginning when I moved to this new apartment. And i’m sending regular payment to them. Dont know why this Bad homburg inkasso is asking for my money.
Another Issue, in this post they have my Last name written wrong(one character).
I’m not sure how to react to this. Should I ignore this? Pls give me some suggestions?

Ignoring it is not a good idea. If you can’t explain the claim, contact them and have them break it down and explain it to you.
The power company gave their open payment request to the Inkasso company to get the money. They then tried to get the current address of the person who didn’t pay their contract and somewhere in that chain they got your address by mistake.
Ignoring this won’t do any good. You should write the Inkasso company that they made a mistake, that your name is actually different and that you are not the person that created that debt.
If they continue writing you, you can send their letter back by taking it to the post office.
Maybe they were the Grundversorger before the contract was finished, seems like something your landlord screwed up. Ask your landlord and if that doesn’t help the company in question for the contract details.
Ask them to provide the contract they refering to that was allegedly concluded between you and the Süwag Vertrieb AG.
Nope, don’t ignore. Contact them and explain they’ve got the wrong person. If this doesn’t help -> get a lawyer.
It’s not just electricity: Süwag also does water, gas and heating.
Think hard: have you ever received any letter from Süwag? Anything you thought was junk and so tossed?
> Should I ignore this?
No, that’s the last thing you should do.
I suggest you don’t ignore it. Ask them to explain which contract they are referring to.
The letter says that the contract they are referring to was agreed upon on February 8th, 2024. So when did you move into your apartment?
This seems very fishy.
I suppose you speak german? Then check here:

Some of the complaints sound exactly like what you received.
DO NOT ignore it.
But get in contact with them. And explain that you have never been customer of Süwag.
They shall provide you evidence and details of the claim of Süwag.
Call them. I got message from them as well and turned out they just confused me. Just needed to identify myself
They tell you that the debt you have with SÜWAG was sold to BHS Bad Homburg. Your debt is now with them. So far, that’s nothing special. It’s probably not a scam, but false bills sometimes happen. (For example if someone else has a similar name.)
If you really owe money to SÜWAG, you can just pay, but you have to pay to BHS, including their fees.
If you owe the money, but can’t pay, you can contact BHS (not SÜWAG) and make a payment plan with them. They probably will offer a reasonable rate.
Otherwise you too _need_ to contact BHS (again, not SÜWAG), so they can provide documentation for the debt. What else to do depends on the documentation they give you. (If they have the wrong person, it might be enough to say “that’s not me”).
Ignoring the bill is a bad idea.
