ATACMS will not be able to hit 90% of Russian warplanes attacking Ukraine – White House

1. Not anymore, no, you dragged your feet so much the Russians have been able to move their assets out of range.

3. Give me one reason why we wouldn’t hit the 10% that they can reach.

4. Pfff, let’s look from different angle, if only with the help of ATACMS it is possible to destroy 10% of the ruzian warplanes… well, it’s huge and must be done.

5. If we drag our feet Ukraine might not need any assistance cuz the war will be over. If Ukraine were allowed to use them then most of them would have been hit. US government doesn’t want Ukraine to win, they just want putler to stop.

6. They could still be used to hit ammunition storages, logistics, bridges etc.. All this would help Ukraine’s defenders a lot.

7. This isn’t just about Russian warplanes. Allowing ATACMS would allow UAF to hit air defense and radar within their range, extending the distance that the Ukrainian Air Force could use for close air support, for getting further and further into Kursk etc. As an American I applaud that we’ve done much more than would ever be done under Trump but it is still not nearly enough and I hope Kamala is more aggressive.

8. Enter the JASSM cruise missile. Slightly longer range than ATACMS (370 km over 300 km) but fired from a F-16 that range can be extended significantly.

   The ER version has a range of 900 km’s but nobody expects the US to supply anything like that as the US apparently still suffers from completely unfounded escalation fears twisting any rational logic of war.

16. If the US gave Ukraine permission to use them when they first wanted to, then 90% of the aircraft would have been within range.
    US policy of dragging its feet has allowed ruzzia to move the aircraft out of range, which technically makes the deaths from using these same aircraft purely because of US policy.
    Wake up and help Ukraine win, not et them just barely survive.
    I am so disappointed in these politicians who condemn ruzzia but don’t act.

19. I really don’t understand why the Democrats are so often hesitant to help Ukraine. Like, I get why the GOP is, their leader adores Putin, but what’s the Democrat’s excuse for always coming up short?

21. Atacms can’t hit any planes attacking Ukraine. They can hit a fuckload that are parked on runways getting ready to attack Ukraine though
