Very recently leases need to be notarised to be accepted by Identità.
Notarial Council are instructing Notaries to not fill in the declaration on the application form.
Its a bit of a bandaid clusterf measure by the Government due to a large scale scandal at Identità with people getting ID Card numbers of other people.
Time to brew some popcorn because shit is hitting the fan.
It means the government and its idiots have created another mess where no one knows what`s going on and the right index finger doesn`t know what the right thumb is doing
All our id cards are deemed suspicious now that the government is caught selling id cards on the black market. Most people who bought id cards in this way with intention of integrating in our society do not own property here, and thus must rent. Others, who bought id cards for undertaking expensive medical treatment for free have now moved on. Make of that what you like.

It’s not really your issue. That notice is for notaries. It is a pseudo industrial action by notaries to refuse to sign a government issued and imposed document.
If you are a TCN on a work permit, you might have some issues at renewal if the issue is not resolved in the meantime.
