1. New model :

   Ideally, scale up the skills of the installers for the roofs and windows , lawns, and car parks of multi family buildings

2. Seems time to mandate net-metering. Buy at retail, sell at wholesale and balance with pricing. Simplify the billing so there is little doubt what works best.
