What is this outlet used for in Regio trains? It’s not working and if you plug your charger into it and try sitting on the flip chair above it your charger likely gets bent and yeeted out of the socket.

Most likely a utility socket for maintenance/cleaning crews to plug their equipment in, e.g. a vacuum.
