1. Their economy is booming and doing great, shouldn’t be an issue.

2. Strange. In my country (The Netherlands) damage caused by war is exempted from insurance.

3. Even without the drone attacks, property insurance inflation would be out of control.

   There is a labor shortage, because many young men are in the war, weapons factories, or dead. Contractors can charge a premium to cover labor.

   Material costs are inflated. Sanctioned goods are coming through the black markets instead of the main distribution channels.

4. Don’t most insurances simply not cover acts of warfare or terrorism or however Russia classifies it today?
