  13. NOT a war crime.

    International law holds that "domestic uniformed military personnel conducting second strike targeting, by means conventional, the uniformed military personnel of a foreign aggressor nation engaging in hostile attack operations within the recognized borders of a sovereign state is permitted, provided all reasonable and responsible steps neccessary to the protection of non-combatants have been duly taken."

    The conditions are many, yet they have been met.

  24. If Russia was using this against the Ukraine, you all would be calling it a war crime and demanding this kind of weapon be banned.

    Also, this video was just a military test video, I'm not convinced how effective this will be in the field.
