  19. After reading some comments, the main take is that Telegram users have no fucking idea how it actually work.
    And they think it’s an amazing piece of tech made for freedom.

  20. Regarding privacy, for privacy enthusiasts, I understand how its concerning that Telegram doesnt do E2E encryption by default, and instead chats are (supposedly) encrypted in the cloud (server side encryption) with their own protocol.

    However, my hot take is that if its good enough for terrorists and criminals to use the platform, I would think its good enough for the everyday person.
