Your selection is correct.
Correct.
If you have an electric vehicle you only need the first one.
“TÜV” ist just a colloquial term for the regulated biyearly inspection you need to do. It stems from the “TÜV” (short for “Technischer Überwachungsverein”) being the largest and most well-known organisation conducting the inspection.
The legally correct term is “Hauptuntersuchung” (main inspection), which in all but a few special cases goes along with a mandatory “Abgasuntersuchung” (exhaust gas inspection). The main case where you do not need the AU is if you have an electric vehicle since, well, there’s no exhaust gases to be inspected.
So in short: you select exactly what is selected in your screenshot.
