By the way, the reason for the strange pattern on the cheese is because I put it in aluminum foil. I covered the inside of a small cup with the foil and then added the cheese. Plastic film (saran wrap) would probably not have worked due to the heat. I have heard that using an empty sour cream or yogurt container can work. I thought about just putting it in a cup, but I was afraid I would not be able to take it out once solid.
