At least 50 people were killed and 271 wounded when Russia hit a military institute in Ukraine’s central town of Poltava with two ballistic missiles on Tuesday, the war’s deadliest single attack this year. FRANCE 24’s correspondent Gulliver Cragg reports from the scene.

Professor Iskander went there in academy to teach Swedish and other students from EU countries .
Just as tragic for all those NATO folk there, particularly as NATO cannot disclose they were there. Time for NATO to go home and negotiate peace. Also they no doubt deliberately set up the Military base right in the middle of a civilian area thinking it would protect them. Terrorists also use those same tactics.
