I’m new to the renting scene, is a 6 month maximum stay normal? Surely you’d want something a little bit more permanent than that no? Would it not benefit all parties if they got to build up some familiarity or is this common practise but eventually you get told you can stay longer if you wish if you’re a good tennant?
At least they have a curtain around the shower, considering how shit the place is I’m surprised they didn’t call that a second room.
At least you can easily bring the Toaster to the shower…
You can grab the jar of coffee off the shelf while in the shower. Pour it directly into your gob, just open your mouth for the hot water. Real time saver there. Saves money boiling the kettle and washing cups..….
The toilet is probably installed in the wardrobe

The picture looks like someone had a photoshop moment with the shower if you zoom in. This might be an answer to where the toilet is.
If anyone is disgusted by this scumbaggery enough to take action, you can report it to Dun Laoghaire Rathdown using the complaint below. You do not need to live in the local authority area etc. You could absolutely make a material complaint from the depths of the Sahara Desert if you had the phone coverage. *(I wouldn’t normally be so incensed as to complain but the shower in the kitchen is genuinely disgusting.)*
