  1. About time, hope some are ear marked for AS who need help

  2. Is there or will there be enough primary and secondary school places nearby?

  3. Cost rental is an interesting scheme. Developers make their profit, council owns the properties, and the taxpayers who pay 33% of their net income to pay for the whole thing end up owning nothing.

  4. Tradies love apartments. Especially 1 beds. 💶💶💶 keep them them coming lads. 👍🏻

  5. Is the government also renting these plots at absurd fees over the next 25 years well over the valuation & then returning the properties at the end of it?

Can’t trust any of this craic at face value anymore, it’s depressing.

  6. Construction will begin end of next year. Then it will be pushed back by planning objections and other delays. Might be built by 2030 with a bit of luck

  7. 12 floor house in the image… wait, so Ireland _can_ build residential houses more than 3 floors tall? Then why are there almost none of them even in the suburbs?

  8. Makes sense, this country could absolutely do with some more handouts.

  9. All these apartments and none to buy for single applicant mortgages

  10. 100% blocked if it were to be built oin Dublin 14 due to ‘excessive bulk’

  11. This a well known scrote grazing area. Where is the ISPCA when you need them?!
