I need to get rid of these marks ( these are not scratches btw). I already tried the dish washing liquid and Glasreiniger but it doesn't make a difference. Does anyone have suggestions for how to clean these marks? Any Spülmittel?

Try Ceraclen.
and a razor or special ceeran knife for the burned parts

there is specialized cleaner for that you can find it at your local rossmann or dm or the like

Spray, leave for couple of hours, wipe with a paper towel. It will look as new.
