2. Well written article with good information but what is going on with that title? Is it just me? I feel like it’s either missing a word or “rely” is a typo. Like “Russia’s strategy to relay more Chinese yuan is backfiring” or “Russia’s strategy to rely more on Chinese yuan is backfiring”

3. Working great for China. A lot more exports to Russia, in return for oil at 30% discount, nat gas at discount, and various other things, I’m sure at discount too.
