    This fucking idiot, the 25th amendment has nothing to do with determining what qualifies as “grounds” for impeachment because *there aren’t any*.

    It’s already solely up to Congress to decide what counts as impeachable because their decision is not subject to appeal, even the Supreme Court has no say in the matter.

It’s dangerous to try and follow his “logic”, but if the thought process is supposed to be something like “Since we amended the Constitution to allow for Vice Presidential removal via the 25th, so Harris *should* have been removed for what she did to Biden, ergo Harris is ineligible to be President”, Article 1, Section 9 (No *ex post facto* law shall be passed) renders that argument invalid. Not that something like that will stop him claiming it, mind you.
