2. They stuck working radar on it

3. Just replace the vacuum tubes with transistors and performance increases tenfold.

4. Bringing it not the 21st century. Russian equipment tends to fall short.

5. The s300 and 400 Systems are actually really good. I laugh at the folks on here. I am all for ukraine, but seriously people.

6. There will be an S-300US variant.
