Between Rhyl & Prestatyn Beach – what are these lights on the horizon?

Been coming here for years and I’ve always wondered and now my teenage daughter is obsessed about it so I thought I would ask on here. It’s not lights attached to the windmills that we can see in the daytime. But we just can’t work out what they are.
