If we would include Neutral athletes of russia and Belarus 26 gold 22 silver 23 bronze
This shows that France and Australia don’t spend enough on facilities and programs that welcome handicapped people. Why? Because they did a lot better in the rankings for the valid Olympics. Not enough money for handi sports.
