Frankly I think I’d be more gutted having not put more on than having not bothered to begin with. The remose would eat at me.
I know anyone that wins on a gamble wishes they’d put more on, but when the odds are 90,000-1 and you’ve put 3p on it you wouldn’t be able to stop thinking about putting even 10p on, or a quid, or a tenner!
He looks exactly how I imagine the Grandad in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to look.
Not included in the article; the £50,000 he’s pissed away over the years.
