I’ve made this contract today with Väre, but didn’t bother to read some reviews in this group beforehand. Now I saw some threads where Väre is mentioned in the list of unreliable electricity providers, can anyone tell me if this is a good option at all? I don’t understand if my payment will be fixed at 5.99/month or is it gonna be changing depending on the usage (as 8.33 cents for total of 1500kwh does not correspond to 5.99/month)?

Kinda expensive base rate. It is much cheaper everywhere else. Never take those 12kk or 24kk deals if you are not entirely sure.
You have right to cancel it in 14 days.
What kind of apartment you use only 1500 kWh per year?
The 1500 kWh is just the estimated energy use. You pay per 8.33 cent/kWh + 5.99 a month.
It’s not a very good contract, but for how little you use, it doesn’t make much difference in the long term.
Thats as cheap as it gets now.
Vattenfall has 24 month contract for 8-9c/kwh and its monthly cost free for 6 months, then monthly cost is 5,90e or something. But I dont recommend 2 year contract if you arent planning to move.
