Well were not that bad in summer Olympics either. 4 golds last time, and totalling just under New Zealand which has a comparable population size (alas much better weather :D).
Except for the women’s football team and the women’s handball team
We do have good handball teams too. The women have been dominant. And the men havent been that bad. We also have some good runners.

Best chess player in the world (Carlsen), 3rd ranked golf player in the world (Hovland), 8th ranked tennis player in the world (Ruud), former WRC winner (Solberg), best ladies’ handball team in the world, best short distance hurdler (Warholm), off the top of my head.

I mean no, sommer olympics Norway has 2 world champions
Has a small relative population, yet does very well in the winter olympics against Sweden, Russia, and Canada. How? I have no clue. But that’s impressive nonetheless
