Let’s hope those who use her services have their permits revoked
Out of curiosity, what happens do the people who used her to pass the theory test but now have their full license? If their license is revoked, are the lessons they did still counted as official?

Anyone who had to pay someone to sit the theory test for them needs more than their licence revoked… they should be kept away from open flames, cookers, toasters, wall sockets and sharp implements.
Explains alot from what I see on the roads these days.

Maybe combine the testing center with the licensing office so once you pass you go upstairs to have your photo taken and license printed.
