  1. …Wow… they are putting a positive spin on forcing prisoners to fight because Ukrainians are deserting from the war?

  2. Convicts on Putin's side are evil, convicts on Zelensky side are blessing?
People are dying and Zelensky is wiggling for too long instead of Peace talks.

  3. When I worked in a Machine Shop back in the 80's or shop Supervisor was a former Navy Machinist .. he had spent some time behind bars, mostly due to fighting in bars.
He was going to spend more time but the judge gave him a choice..
Go to prison or go to a recruiter..
He wasn't told a specific branch and the Vietnam War still had 12 more years to go.
The concept of convict conscription is not new.

  4. The ukriane is currently invading Russian ground.
"Desperate Russia is sending convicts to war against the ukriane "
But this is absolutely acceptable here????

  5. This is what they claimed Russia was doing with its troops—recruiting prisoners and sacrificing them on the front lines. I hope that’s not the situation here; we can’t condemn Russia for this while praising Ukraine if that’s the case.

  6. when Ukrainian convicts fight for their country, that's good, when Russian convicts fight for their country, that's bad. Great, unbiased journalism…
