Loneliness in Japan – 40,000 die alone

Almost 40,000 people have died alone in the first half of the year, and thousands were not discovered until a month or more after their death, according to Japan’s National Police Agency.

  2. Similar thing is happening in South Korea. Women aren't getting married nor having children. So the birth rate is extremely low.

  3. Japan has the magic formula. Forget creating more humans for Gods sake and try looking after this already ridiculously overpopulated planet full of people

  4. This is tough. I'm an old person without a single family connection (no kids, no siblings, no partner) so I know it's tough. I ALSO know that our planet is terribly overpopulated and that we are destroying the environment as a result. So, I think we are going to just need to tough it out and get the population down.

  5. No, it is generational problem. Even if you have babies now, it will not solve it. They need senior living communities and services to go along with it.
