Hi everyone,
A new law (https://bit.ly/3MBTZau) approved in July is supposed to split agency fees 50/50 between the landlord and the tenant. We're wondering if this is being followed in practice yet.
Specifically, we wanted to know if anyone here has moved into a new accomodation since the changes took effect and, if so, did you still have to pay the full fees?
We would love to hear your input for an article on Luxembourg Times.
