London rehabilitation schemes give prisoners a fresh start

1. The squeaky wheels get the grease, the decent working people have to pay for them

2. That’s supposedly what prison is for. Prison is supposed to serve 3 purposes. Deterrent, punishment and rehabilitation. Prisons so far only serve as punishment so any moves to increase the rehabilitation aspect are excellent
