I’d like to think, that the post is more referring to how Lewis is unique and his skill set requires a world class manager like Pep to actually help a player like Lewis’ grow.
Isn’t it more about how he’s a unique player and your average coach wouldn’t know how to utilize his skillset properly?

Rico Lewis would start in the ten for championship teams
Rico Lewis has been very good in the league till now but is he ready for playing against top clubs in ucl yet or would people still use walker over him?
But he’s not in those leagues, so it doesn’t matter.
