Anyone know what these fire brigade vans are for? 😀

  1. They use them to ship the emergency dehydrated water supply between fire stations.

  2. Logistics. It’s a big organisation – they need to move stuff about, much the same as any other big organisation.

  3. It’s one of their “multi-purpose vehicles”. Mostly to be used as logistics, carrying around kit from stations to stations, etc.

  4. They fill it up with water and drive it in to fires

  5. To pop to the shops to grab a steak bake from greggs 😇

  6. They carry equipment from a central hub to fire stations. Could include fresh cylinders for breathing apparatus, hose, cutting gear, or anything else. They can drive on blue lights too if equipment is needed in a pinch at a job.
