This is absolutly fine.
And if you thought about adding a country code before the PLZ, [don’t do it](https://www.deutschepost.de/de/b/briefe-ins-ausland/laenderkuerzel-laendercode.html).

It’s very legible. If you want to be super safe you could print the address out and glue it on the envelope, but I think that is unnecessary
