UK will not “cave in” over role of European court in NI protocol

  1. That’s OK, they’re not required to cave in.

    After all, they’ve already signed a binding international treaty fully accepting the role of the ECJ for NI.

  2. The UK fudged a deal to escape the EU now is the real negotiations, real politik is starting now as we’ve seen this week the UK is still the clearing house for the whole EU and the EU needs London to supply liquidity for its massive money regeneration schemes.
