7. For everyone saying “good” to this, so long as everyone caught breaking the law on camera was treated equally then yeah.

   The title and body of the article explain that none of the offenses reported to the Gardai were investigated and that this is was sent to the ombudsman, so this is less ‘hoisted by their own petard’ and more ‘the Gardai are harassing someone for giving them work to do’.
